1. Return Policy
At Techno Solution, we strive to provide high-quality products for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- All original parts, accessories, and documentation must be included with the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects or errors on our part.
- Items purchased at a discounted price or as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns received more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Refunds for items purchased through promotions or discounts will be issued based on the price paid after the discount.

- Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost. To expedite the process, please provide detailed information about the damage or defect and include photos if possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
