  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • All original parts, accessories, and documentation must be included with the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
  • Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To expedite the process, please provide detailed information about the damage or defect and include photos if possible.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
