Payment
We accept the following payment methods (Online & Offline): Bank Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, and QRIS.

Sales Tax
For orders in Indonesia, sales tax is calculated based on state/country rates. For orders outside Indonesia, there is no sales tax.

Return & Refund Policy
All products (non-digital) can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply after 60 days on all returns. No credit will be issued after four months from the invoice date.

A return authorization number is required for all returns. Email info@technosolution.biz to obtain a return number.
